The property is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by the
owner/agent to the renter (“the client”)

To reserve the property the client should complete and sign the booking form
and return it together with a deposit of 25% for each week (non
–refundable). Deposits for short breaks vary according to number of
nights. Following receipt of booking form and deposit, the owner/agent will
send/e-mail a confirmation. This is the formal acceptance of the booking.

The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If this is not received we will
contact you, before possibly canceling your booking and retaining your
deposit.

Bookings
made less than 8 weeks prior to commencement, must be paid for in full at the
time.

A
security deposit of
£100 or 150 Euros is to be paid on arrival. This is to cover any damage to the property or contents,
although the clients liability, is not limited to this amount. This deposit
will be returned or accounted for after or at the end of your holiday.

In the event of cancellation after the 8 weeks prior to arrival, cancellation
charges will be full rental. We therefore strongly recommend taking out
insurance now to cover this eventuality.

Prices stated in Euros are accurate at time of publication, but could have
since changed. We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices due to
fluctuations in the exchange rates.

The rental period shall commence at 4.00pm on the first day and finish at
10.OO am on the last day, (unless prior arrangements have been made)

The maximum to reside in the property must not exceed the number stated in the
brochure and web site, unless by prior arrangement

Rental is inclusive of gas, water, and electricity allowance.

Linen is not provided, but is available to rent at an additional charge of 9 euros per person per week if required (not towels) Gites have duvets and pillows provided

Cot, High chair, baby bath and buggy are available on request.

Use
of the shared swimming pool is entirely at the customers own risk and the
owners can not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur. Children
must be supervised at all times.

The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the
property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the
rental period. The owner reserves the right to make retention from the
security deposit of or 45 Euros to cover additional cleaning costs, if the
client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition. The client also
agrees not to act in any way that would cause disturbance to those residents
in neighboring properties.

Any extras ie: Linen hire, meals, cleaning etc. to be paid in Euros before departure.
